Summer of Photos

So between getting my masters in NUIG, and going to San Francisco to visit my kick ass family over there.... My summer has been pretty amazing.

But although my summer was great, my love for my home town of Galway has remained constant throughout it all. I've been spending a lot of time walking and taking pictures of Galway on some of the warmest and prettiest days of the year. And it really is one of the most beautiful places to live, (when the weather is good, of course.)

From walks in Dangan to walks in the forest by my house, it's been a Summer of photographs.... all of which were taken on my iPhone.

 Walks on the Salthill prom.....

Blackrock Diving Bords.... three height, and I'm sorry to say I've never jumped off any of them.

The colours of Spanish Arch when the tide is out.

Of course, it wouldn't be a Galway summer, without a panoramic picture of The Galway Races.

Through the window look at Quay Street, right in the middle of Galway city.... love the colours.
My Uncle and cousin, gearing up to jump from the top diving bord.... Miss them!

Randomer and their complete lack of fear, love it!!

Street view of Quay Street, Galway.

The Claddagh's view of the Spanish Arch.
Beer Garden of O'Connoll's pub in Eyre Sq... This photo was taken in the middle of September.
The Lone Ranger.

And of course, it wouldn't be a photographic Summer scrapbook without the one lil man who's legs I've walked off him.... Up close and personal with my Simba.... love that lil guy.
